Casey Loeffler
BBBSNH Mentor 2.0 Coordinator

When did you join BBBSNH?

I joined BBBSNH last April 2022 as the Mentor 2.0 Coordinator. I have a Masters in Health and Human Performance and felt this role within the agency was the perfect opportunity to lend my knowledge and skills as a counselor, social worker, and teacher to others.

How have you been preparing for Mentor 2.0 this summer?
Within just a few short weeks of joining BBBSNH, I hit the recruiting trail, targeting students at both Manchester West and Parkside Middle School for the 2022-2023 school year. With a small group of 9th and 10th graders already enrolled, this summer was spent creating and drafting program materials, attending weekly strategy calls with our partner, iMentor, and most importantly collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful launch this September.

What about Mentor 2.0 are you most looking forward to?
I am excited to see all of the work from the past few months finally come to life and most importantly, engage with Mentees and Mentors on a regular basis.

What’s life like for you outside of work?
I live in Manchester with my wife and two sons. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching, cooking, fishing, gardening, painting, and reading.

Amir Rosenthal
BBBSNH Board President
COO, The Granite Group

"I'm excited to be one of the first to volunteer in this program. The process of getting qualified to become a volunteer mentor has been thorough and smooth. While I've been a Big before, the opportunity to team up with someone in high school who can benefit from mentoring at this stage of their life (and mine) is something I'm truly looking forward to."

Melissa Goerbig
BBBSNH VP of Programs

“As someone in a leadership role at Big Brothers Big Sisters, I feel it is important to do whatever we can to help shape the lives of youth as they strive toward their future goals. I have seen many lives changed during my more than decade-long career with the organization. An investment in youth is an investment in their future. Join me to ignite the potential in all youth!”

Are you or your company looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity that is flexible with your work schedule? Mentor 2.0 is the perfect fit. We have 3 students left in the program who are still waiting for a mentor. To inquire, please reply back to this email or reach out to Casey at cloeffler@bbbsnh.org

Until next time!
Stacy W. Kramer, CEO
