 The Brodsky Prize

ALL New Hampshire public, charter and parochial high school students are eligible for the $10,000 Brodsky Prize that Jeffrey Brodsky hopes will encourage out-of-the-box efforts and innovation by a new generation of student journalists.

Submission deadline is June 1, 2021


Free Community College Course for NH High School Grads

The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and The Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges are partnering to give New Hampshire students a head start on their college careers. This commitment includes more than $1 million from the two Foundations along with additional support, advising and other services from the community colleges to help students on educational pathways across the state.


2021 Art & Poetry Challenge


The Racial Unity Team will host its 3rd Annual Racial Unity Day Art and Poetry challenge. Everyone is invited to submit a poem or visual work of art inspired by a line chosen from Amanda Gorman's Inauguration Poem, "The Hill We Climb."


The challenge is open to all residents of New Hampshire and the Seacoast Region. All contestants must submit their poem or artwork by September 1, 2021.
